I was also suffering with exertion headaches that came out of no where, but after Pete treated me, I felt instant relief after both treatments, I felt more relaxed and I have not had a headache since. I have also had a sports massage off the lovely Ciara. I like a firm massage and that is what I received. Ciara will cater to your needs individually to get the pressure just right and provided me with physio exercises to take home with me. I felt really relaxed afterwards and the tightness in my shoulder and hamstrings have been massively reduced. Cannot wait for my next treatment! Date: a year ago
