I was enticed by their offer of a free consultation and called ahead to confirm if I needed to be attended by a professional, given that I was traveling from 30 miles away. Despite my specific inquiry, I was assured that I would be attended by a qualified professional.However, upon arriving at the clinic, I was met by a lady who admitted that she was neither a chiropractor nor a doctor and could not read the MRI results and X-rays that I had brought with me. This was a huge waste of my time and effort, and I felt completely let down and disappointed by their lack of professionalism.I had wasted two hours of my time and traveled for 30 miles, only to be attended by an immature individual who had no idea what she was doing. I strongly advise against visiting the Bury Chiropractor if you value your time and expect professionalism from the staff. Name:Nas Khan Rating: 5 Reveiw: Amazing .this place has the great vibe going on, the staff are so attentive to all your needs, Paula at the front desk who dealt with me ,was super efficient and very well informed regarding procedures and answering any questions that I put to her, alleviating any anxieties that I had, it’s not just about the money with these guys it’s about good old fashion values and service ,I get the impression that they really care about people that’s it I’m done. When I first started going to the centre my back was incredibly painful and I didn’t know what to do to make it better, but after a few visits my back is starting to feel so much better already! I’ll never go anywhere else!The reception is always warm and welcoming and makes you feel really comfortable as soon as you walk in.
