I booked an appointment with Dr Stewart (he replied to my email within an hour!). His prices are very fair too! From my first session with Dr Stewart, the pain immediately reduced and after 8 sessions, I am pretty much pain free! The sever pain I suffered has been immensely reduced. After my history was taken followed by an examination my condition was diagnosed, and after one month the issues have been resolved.
